DMCA Copyright Policy

Devinsidercode CORP respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA"), we will respond to clear notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with the requirements below.
1. Notification of Infringement
If you believe that content available through our services infringes your copyright, you may submit a written notice to our Designated Agent that includes the following:
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf;
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed;
- Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing and information reasonably sufficient to locate it (e.g., a URL);
- Your contact information, including name, address, telephone number, and email address;
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law;
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf.

3. Counter-Notification
If you believe that material you posted was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification to our Designated Agent containing: your signature; identification of the material and its location before removal; a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification; and your name, address, phone number, and consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court for your district.
4. Repeat Infringers
We reserve the right to remove content and to terminate the accounts of users who are determined to be repeat infringers.
5. Modifications
We may revise this policy at any time. The most current version will be posted on this page.
